KAD-Services, "KAD", was founded in 2020 by myself, Kali and my husband, David.  We both worked in industries that had us traveling and staying in many short-term rentals throughout the years. I was in the financial area and my husband is in the industrial construction sector. We both loved the idea of having amazing properties that families and businesses could enjoy, which was what we found inspired us to start KAD. With my background in financial analysis of businesses and David's background in construction projects and property evaluation, combined with our joint love for creating homey spaces, it seemed to be a perfect fit!
